Alpine Programs Committee

• Foster a supportive and engaging culture within the recreational and competitive ski and snowboard programs.
• Provide direction and guidance to ensure programs reflect the values and strategic priorities of the club.

• Provide oversight and evaluation of program effectiveness, reporting regularly to the Board of Directors on program performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the Head Coach and Snow School Director to ensure alignment of goals and operational standards.

• Support and encourage volunteer engagement for races, events, and banquets.
• Assist in recruiting, organizing, and recognizing volunteers to ensure the successful execution of events and activities.

• Serve as a conduit for communication between members, the Head Coach, and the Snow School Director.
• Provide a structured feedback loop to address member concerns, suggestions, and program improvements.

• Regularly assess programs' effectiveness, structure, and culture to identify improvements and align with member needs.

• Assist in organizing and supporting key events such as races, competitions, and member banquets.

• Recruit and organize volunteers for program and event support.

• Act as a liaison between program staff, members, and the Board

• Collect and analyze feedback from members, providing actionable recommendations to program staff and the Board
